Having double master degrees (DEA of private law and DESS of insurance law) and doctorate degree of insurance law of the University of Aix-Marseille (France), master degree in civil law of Renmin University of China, Bachelor of Laws of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Mr. CHEN is qualified as a Chinese lawyer and a French lawyer. Practice areas: cross-border corporate mergers and acquisitions, international investment, international trade, insurance law, contract law, anti-unfair competition law, private equity, compliance, anti-dumping, aviation, etc. Mr. CHEN served first as in-house lawyer of French insurance broker La Sécurité Nouvelle (Paris), and later worked in the Beijing Office of the well-known French law firm DS Avocats, successively as French lawyer (member of Paris Bar), local partner, and Chief Representative. He is not only responsible for foreign investment in China, but also responsible for the organization and coordination of overseas investment projects of Chinese enterprises, especially for the investment projects of Chinese enterprises in France and the French speaking region of West Africa. He has more than ten years of legal practice experience and is very familiar with the legal environment of France, the European Union and the French speaking region of West Africa.
