Personal Introduction

With a master’s degree in law from Minzu University of China, Ms. Geng is mainly engaged in major and difficult litigation and arbitration cases. Since her practice, she has acted as an attorney in a number of second-instance and retrial cases at the Supreme Court and the Provincial Higher Court, as well as arbitration cases at the CIETAC and BAC, with enriched experience in dispute resolution. Meanwhile, she provides permanent legal counseling services for a number of large-scale central enterprises and state-owned enterprises, and is able to apply her experience in dispute resolution effectively to the prevention and control of corporate legal risks. She is especially good at dealing with various legal issues in the fields of construction engineering, real estate and PPP.
