Currently an external MBA tutor at China Europe International Business School, Ms. Qiu holds a master’s degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree acquired from China Europe International Business School in 2018. She was also admitted as a CEO of finance by PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University, in 2020. She once served as the deputy chief judge of the civil division of a court. During his eight-year court work, she concluded more than 2,200 civil and commercial cases in connection with company-related disputes, disputes related to equity, securities and trust, disputes related to real estate construction and other contracts. Ms. Qiu Lin is familiar with litigation, arbitration and enforcement procedures as well as adjudication ideas, has strong logical analysis and thinking abilities, is able to accurately grasp the focus of disputes in each case, is good at utilizing and discovering evidence, and has keen insights and strong adaptability. Ms. Qiu Lin also serves as an arbitrator in the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and several arbitration commissions in Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenyang, Chengdu, etc. Furthermore, boasting a solid foundation in legal theory, Ms. Qiu Lin is one of the authors of Legal Practice of VAM Dispute Resolutions, the first practical professional book in the equity investment field that integrates theory and practice.
